A truly state-of-the-art pipe cleaning system designed for drill pipe, tubing, and casing. It has been engineered based on decades’ worth of knowledge and first-hand experience.
All units boast dual cleaning heads, ID and OD cleaning capabilities, a heavy-duty conveyor system, and a size range of 2-3/8″ thru 20″. As an added bonus, all connections have quick disconnects for fast assembly and break down.
When combined with the adjustable feed rate, the dual cleaning heads completely eliminate the “barber pole” effect and provide maximum cleaning efficiency. Pipe goes in dirty…. and always comes out clean.
RG NDT’s pipe conveyor systems have all proven themselves out in the field… extensively. Even after years of use, our customers are still satisfied with how well they can load and unload pipe and move it through the machine.
When placing an order, please specify the main AC voltage to be provided to the unit.
A Speedliner® coating is applied to all units for rust prevention. Units can be painted to purchaser’s specification (one color).
Cleaning System
- Dual external brush heads for cleaning the outside pipe surface
- Each brush head has smooth contact with the pipe surface provided by air cylinders

Conveyors & Kickers
- Three piece heavy duty conveyor system consisting of two 48′ conveyors and a 12′ center section
- Four pipe loaders/unloaders on the incoming conveyor for easy product feed
- Powered by a 50 hp electric motor with a 34 gpm pump
