The RaycoLog 4001 is an EMI inspection system for tubing and sucker rod, providing detection of transverse oriented flaws. Optionally, a system can be added to detect localized wall loss areas.

- 4 to 8 overlapping search coils for transverse flaw detection, depending on the outside diameter of the product being inspected
- Magnetizing coil
- Contiguous encircling ring of Hall sensors for localized wall loss detection (optional)
- Aluminum operator’s console

- Two dust collection systems
- Thermal printer
- One calibration standard for each pipe size
- Rugged center section with two clamping drive rollers
